Avoid at all costs.

One word. Cowboys! I took my vehicle to Priory Motors for a service on the 08/01/21 and as part of this service the usual items "were" replaced as you'd expect. Or that is what I thought. Fast forward to July 2021 when I suddenly lost power on the motorway. And the vehicle repeatedly went into limp mode. Luckily I managed to nurse it home and get it booked in to be sorted at another garage. To my surprise, it turns out the problem was the spark plugs which were extremely perished. Funny, though as they were apparently replaced during the full service which I paid for. It turns out after a bit of research one of the spark plugs is a BMW original spark plug, and the other 3 (which have been replaced at some point of their life) are way older than this year. The mechanic was shocked as a) he has never seen such build up on a spark plug or deterioration in such a short space of time. And b) it is extremely unlikely that they have been changed for a fair few years due to build up and one
