The boiler repair turned out to be a more complicated and time-consuming one than either of us expected, but Mr. Walker persevered until he had managed to rectify the problem. I greatly appreciated his willingness to work at times that suited me. He was very polite, did a great job of cleaning up after the work was completed, and kept me informed of any issues at all times. Highly recommended.
