Faulty Venetian Blind - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

We ordered 2 Venetian Blinds in antique and when they came one of the toggles on the largest blind was broken. I called Blinds2Go and they were really good, sent me a replacement toggle immediately! Only trouble was it was the wrong size and colour! No problem I thought at least I have a toggle on the blinds pulley. Next thing was the blind wouldn't close both ways as usual, it seemed to snag one way, then the supporting toggle that was meant to support the blinds to pull them up fell apart. Now I felt that I should contact them, especially as the catch for the pull cords did not hold all the pull cords and the blind looked slanted and not supported. I have contacted this company numerous times! I get an initial response, which seems generic and then nothing at all. I've tried responding several times and to be honest the response is zero! I've now emailed them asking for my money back, the blinds were purchased in April 2021 so not that long ago. ISSUE UNRESOLVED!,
