Our Family run Holiday Parks offer three superb holiday parks across the North of England Each with their own unique character- Enjoy your very own holiday home on our family run parks in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. No club house or hire vans just peace and tranquillity- all our parks are maintained to a very high standard for total peace and relaxation.
Our sites are located at Causey Hill near Hexham in Northumberland, Scout Cragg in Carnforth, Lancashire and Willow Tree Park in Grange-Over-Sands, Cumbria. Each park is managed professionally to ensure that your visitor experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Scout Cragg Holiday Park

A warm welcome awaits you at the Scout Cragg a beautiful and unique Country Park. Peacefully nestled in the impressive cragg, it seems as though time itself pauses to take in the tranquil surroundings.
This friendly park is located in a area of outstanding natural beauty a short distance from the beautiful villages of Arnside and Silverdale with outstanding views and beaches with award winning restaurants and top quality country pubs on the outskirts of the Lake District National Park.
Only 2 miles from Carnforth Train Station famous for the film Brief Encounter.
Scout Cragg is ideally situated for walking, climbing, fishing, horse riding, swimming, golf, bird watching and much more. Local attractions and amenities include:

Causey Hill Holiday Park

Causey Hill is located in the award winning market town of Hexham with outstanding views of the rolling Northumberland hills.

The park is very well kept and maintained to a very high standard. No club house or hire caravans. Causey Hill stands in 19 acres, 6 of which is our own private woodlands and with walks with ample wildlife.

Nature lovers will be in their element as the area surrounding Causey Hill is teaming with wildlife as well as having plenty of nature trails and beautiful walks right on your doorstep.

Willow Tree Holiday Park

Willow Tree is situated in the old fishing village of Flookburgh near Grange-Over-Sands, just twenty minutes from Lake Windermere. Willow Tree is a just half a mile from the beach.

The village has top quality restaurants and country pubs with Flookburgh Steam gathering taking place once a year.

Only 2 miles from Cartmel Square and one mile from Holker Hall Stately Home with the world famous annual flower festival.
