Five Star Student Accommodation
I stayed in Rhodes House for a year and can't fault it. The flat was in the best location for walking to town and very close to the bus station. It was very well equipped with plenty of storage space. The property manager and maintenance man were easily reachable 24/7 and helped with any issues quickly. Overall it was a great experience.

Great university accommodation - couldn't be any cleaner on arrival, big spacious and modern rooms with COMFY beds! Kitchens are lovely, clean and modern with a huge TV. Bathrooms are big with a big shower. The company always responds very quickly to any issues or queries.

Really modern accommodation and a very comfortable place to live. Situated in a great location with easy access to public transport facilities and night clubs. Everyone working for Unipad was also really cooperative which helped make the process of moving in and out very smooth.

I would definitely recommend Unipad! First of all, the house was all newly refurbished so looked amazing and the rooms were very spacious. Secondly, the staff there were extremely helpful, if ever we had a problem they would be out to fix it straight away. Even if things were our own fault, like forgetting to put the bins out or forgetting my key, nothing was ever too much trouble!

I Stayed in Rhodes house for the year and the flats were really well equipped and modern with spacious rooms. If we ever had any problems the property manager was always on call to deal with our issues. Also the accommodation was in a great locations in the town centre and the bus station was nearby.

Beautiful, modern looking accommodation with great appliances such as smart TVs in every room. Could not think of a better location - just a 2-minute walk from the main bus station and Sainsbury's. Maintenance is always extremely quick to respond if ever there is an issue, even on weekends.
Would definitely recommend Amelia House for off-campus student accommodation.
