Awful

Would give 0 stars if possible. Incorrect, arrogant and rude. Uncooperative. Not fixing faults in the properties. Many broken and unfunctioning things in the property. Bad customer service. No communication between them and the tenants. Mould and dirt in the houses. Ignoring issues. Breaking current viewing laws. Would't choose them again.
